This policy explains how Super Shark Studio ("we", "us") handles information in the games we make. It applies to every game we publish, whether you play it on our own website, on a game portal, or as an app from a mobile app store.
Super Shark Studio is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. You can reach us at studiosupershark@gmail.com. This policy is governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
Every game we have released so far runs entirely on your device. There are no servers, no accounts, and no personal information collected or received by us. Those games store a little data locally so your settings and progress survive between sessions; it never leaves your device and we never see it.
The table below says exactly what each game does, and it is kept current.
We publish more than one game, and they do not all work the same way. This table is the authoritative list. If a game of ours is not on it, it has not been released yet — and the table is updated before any new game goes live.
| Game | Stored on your device | Sent to us or a third party |
|---|---|---|
| Carrom 3D | Settings, an unfinished match, and win/loss counts | Nothing. The game makes no requests to any outside service. |
Everything below describes how we handle data generally. Where a specific game differs, the table above is what applies to it.
Nothing, for every game listed above. We do not sell personal information in any game, ever. For the games currently released, we do not collect, store or transmit it either — those games do not ask for and do not receive:
Our games use your browser's local storage (or the equivalent on a mobile device) to remember things like:
This information is written and read only by the game, on the device you are playing on. It is not transmitted anywhere, it is not linked to any identifier, and we have no way to access it. You can erase it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, or by uninstalling the app.
Our games are distributed through platforms we do not control. When you play on one of them, that platform's own privacy policy applies to you in addition to this one — and it is the platform, not us, that decides what it collects.
We receive only aggregate, anonymous reporting from these platforms — for example how many people played a game in a month. Nothing in it identifies an individual player.
We do not operate an advertising network and we place no advertising code of our own in our games. Where advertisements appear, they are served entirely by the portal or app store hosting the game, under that platform's own policy and consent mechanism.
Our games are suitable for a general audience, including children. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children either. We do not knowingly gather data from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country), and we have no mechanism that could do so. If you believe a child's information has somehow reached us, contact us and we will delete it.
None of our games sets cookies of its own, and none contains tracking pixels, advertising identifiers or fingerprinting. The games listed above make no requests to any outside service at all. Any cookies you encounter come from the website or platform hosting the game.
We never sell personal information, and we never share it for advertising. For the games listed above there is nothing to share in any case, because nothing reaches us. Should a future game need to send data to a service to function — a multiplayer server, for example — that service is named in the table before the game is released.
For the games listed above we retain nothing, because nothing reaches us. Data stored on your own device stays there until you clear it. Where a future game does send data to us or to a service on our behalf, its retention period is stated in the table.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe), the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA (California) and India's DPDP Act give you rights over your personal data — including access, correction, deletion and portability. You may exercise any of them by writing to us. For the games listed above there is generally nothing for us to retrieve or erase, because we hold nothing. To remove the data held on your own device, clear your browser's site data or uninstall the app. For data held by a portal or app store, please contact that platform directly.
The data our games create lives on your device, so the fastest way to delete it is to clear your browser's site data or uninstall the app — that removes all of it, immediately and permanently.
If you would still like a request on record, email studiosupershark@gmail.com with the game's name. We will confirm within 30 days. Please note we will usually have nothing to delete, because nothing reaches us in the first place.
To delete data held by a portal or app store — a Poki or CrazyGames account, a Google Play account — you will need to contact that platform, as we have no access to it.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country — for example the Data Protection Board of India, your national supervisory authority in the EEA, or the ICO in the United Kingdom.
The best protection we can offer is not to hold your data in the first place, and that is the design we start from — the games listed above are static files with no server component, no database and no user accounts. Where a future game genuinely needs a server, we will hold the minimum required to run it and protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
We expect to release games that do more than the ones above — online multiplayer, saved profiles or leaderboards all need data to leave your device to work at all. We are not describing that here in advance, because a privacy policy should say what actually happens rather than what might.
What we commit to instead: before any such game is released, it gets its own row in the table above, naming what it collects, why, and which service processes it. The date at the top of this page changes with it. A game that is not in the table does not collect anything.
We update this page whenever our practices change, and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be described in the game or on our website. Please check back occasionally.
